The Aust Group is excited to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, ARMS Pest Management. Gregory Pest Solutions has acquired ARMS, based out of Summerville, South Carolina as part of an asset purchase agreement. The Aust Group represented ARMS as the exclusive financial advisor on this transaction.
Kenneth Tietze, the owner of ARMS, formed the company in 2013. He and his wife, Billiejean, have grown the company over the last several years with a high concentration of their customers in the North Charleston area.
