Clarkston, Washington – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Valence Pest Control dba Sun Pest Management to Senske Services.
Sun Pest Management, a general pest control company based out of Clarkston, WA, was formed in 1969 by Marvin Jackson. In 2005, Jackson sold the business to Russ and Jenny Craber. Sun Pest Management currently operates in Southeastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Northeastern Oregon. Sun Pest Management also offers weed control and lawn care to both residential and commercial clients.

The Aust Group represented Sun Pest Management as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 1st, 2021 and the terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
