Belden, MS – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, Tri-County Pest Control, Inc. (“Tri-County”), by Lewis Pest Control.
Founded in 1993 by Jim Chapman, Tri-County is a full-service pest and termite control company headquartered in Belden, Mississippi. For more than 30 years, the company has provided residential and commercial pest management services across northern Mississippi, building a strong reputation for dependable service and effective results. Tri-County has become one of the region’s most trusted providers, earning the Tupelo Daily Journal Readers’ Choice Award multiple times. The company is also an active member of the Mississippi Pest Control Association.

The Aust Group represented Tri-County Pest Control, Inc. on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 31, 2026, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
