Founded in 1976 by father-and-son duo Edward and Lance Davis, Anchor Pest Control is a pest and termite control company that has provided comprehensive pest management solutions throughout the Florida Panhandle for nearly 50 years. Established with a commitment to delivering safe, effective, and environmentally responsible services, the Company has built a reputation for quality, integrity, and customer care. Over the decades, Anchor has expanded its footprint into Alabama and now serves more than 5,000 customers across its service area. Anchor is a member of the Certified Pest Control Operators of Florida and was the first provider of the Sentricon System in its local market.

The Aust Group represented Anchor Pest Control, Inc. as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on April 13, 2026, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
