Hamburg, New York – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, Suburban Pest Control of Erie County LLC “Suburban”, to Select Exterminating “Select”, a New York, NY based pest control company.
Suburban Pest Control, headquartered in Hamburg, NY, is a second-generation pest control company that has been serving residential and commercial clients throughout Western New York for over 40 years. The company was founded in 1983 by Bob Ballowe, and a few years later, his son Marty joined the family business. In 2017, Marty and his wife Mary took over ownership, guiding Suburban to become one of the largest privately held pest control providers in Western New York. Today, Suburban Pest Control is a trusted partner to prominent local sports teams, including the Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bandits, Buffalo Bisons, Rochester Americans, and Rochester Knighthawks.

The Aust Group represented Suburban Pest Control on the transaction. The transaction closed on Oct 1st, 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
