Founded in 1982, The Killers Pest Control is a leading pest control provider in the Pacific Northwest, serving over 8,500 residential and commercial customers across three branches. Under the leadership of owners Matthew White and Felicia Hirata, The Killers has become a household name throughout its communities, distinguished by its memorable branding and commitment to high-quality service. This reputation is reflected in nearly 4,000 positive Google reviews across its three locations. The Killers Pest Control is an active member of the NPMA, PPMA, and OPCA, the latter of which Matthew previously served as President.

The Aust Group represented The Killers Pest Control as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 3, 2026, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
