Ellicott City, MD – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, Eco-Care Pest Management, Inc. (“Eco-Care”) to American Pest, an Anticimex Company.
Eco-Care, based out of Ellicott City, MD, is a full-service pest and termite control business serving residential and commercial clients throughout Maryland. Eco-Care is an active member of both National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and Maryland State Pest Control Association (MSPCA).
Erich Grove, owner of Eco-Care Pest Management, Inc., said, “The Aust Group was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! I decided to employ their services based on a very positive referral from a friend they had assisted several years before. Their team approach was instrumental in identifying and assembling the relevant information that a buyer would look for. I highly recommend the entire team – Dan, Nick, Jake, Chris & Stuart – to guide you to a successful sale.”
Stuart Aust, Principal of The Aust Group said, “On behalf of The Aust Group team, we are excited to share the news on the acquisition of Eco-Care by American Pest. It was a pleasure representing Erich, and we enjoyed getting to know him during this process and learning about the business he built. We are excited for Erich, his staff, and the American Pest team on this acquisition, and we look forward to seeing the continued growth and success that will come from this acquisition.”
