Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, Westside Pest Control LTD. “Westside”, to Orkin Canada, a Rollins subsidiary.
Westside Pest Control Ltd., headquartered in Coquitlam, British Columbia, is a full-service pest and nuisance wildlife control provider serving residential and commercial clients across the Lower Mainland since 2009. Founded by Mike Londry, the Company was built on a commitment to delivering high-quality service with minimal environmental impact. Over the past 16 years, Westside has grown into one of the largest privately held pest control companies in the Greater Vancouver area, employing more than 40 team members. The Company is an active member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), Canadian Pest Management Association (CPMA), and the Structural Pest Management Association of BC, and is a QualityPro-accredited business.

The Aust Group represented Westside Pest Control LTD. on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 20th, 2025, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
