Monroe, Connecticut – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, ABC Exterminating Inc. based in Monroe, Connecticut to Terminix.
ABC Exterminating Inc. was founded in 1983 by Emmett Lee Sr. as a full-service pest and termite control business. One year after inception, Emmett Lee Jr. joined the family business full time and became the owner of ABC in 2016. Since then, Emmett Lee Jr. grew ABC Exterminating Inc. into one of the premier pest control companies in Fairfield County and expanded the Company’s service area into New York. Emmett Lee Jr. attributed their success to valuing each customer and focusing on 100% customer satisfaction. ABC Exterminating Inc. has participated in various trade associations such as National Pest Management Association (NPMA), Connecticut Pest Control Association (CPCA), and New York Pest Management Association (NYPMA) and was featured as part of the Sentricon® Deader Than Dead Tour.

The Aust Group represented ABC Exterminating Inc. as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on November 15th, 2021, and the terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
