Houston, Texas – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, EnviroSMART Multi Family Pest Solutions “EnviroSMART”, to Tyro Group. The transactions marks Tyro Group’s first acquisition in the United States.
EnviroSMART, formed in 2009 by John Weigel, is a US-based pest control company committed to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality pest solutions. Known for its customer-first approach and strong culture, EnviroSMART has become a trusted name in professional pest management across the Great State of Texas. Originally formed in Dallas, Texas, the company has expanded to three offices including Dallas, Houston, and Austin, and has a staff of over 80 employees. In 2025, EnviroSMART ranked #79 on PCT Magazine’s Top 100 list for largest pest control companies in North America.

The Aust Group represented EnviroSMART as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on November 7th, 2025, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
