Toronto, Canada – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of our client, Pest Control Plus Inc. (“Pest Control Plus”), by Tyro Group. The transaction marks Tyro Group’s entry into the Canadian market and represents an important milestone in the company’s continued expansion across North America.
Founded in 2004, Pest Control Plus provides residential, commercial, and property management pest control services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario. The company has built a strong reputation for its customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Mark Joseph, Owner & CEO, acquired Pest Control Plus in 2019 and has since grown the company into one of Ontario’s largest privately held pest control providers, with a team of nearly 60 employees serving customers across the Greater Toronto Area.

The Aust Group represented Pest Control Plus as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on August 6th, 2026, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
