Hammonton, New Jersey – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Integrated Pest Management, to Viking Pest Control, an Anticimex company.
Integrated Pest Management (“IPM”) has been providing residential and commercial pest control services to greater Southern New Jersey since 1984 and is known for their local and personalized approach to delivering outstanding customer service. The partnership will enhance IPM’s overall pest management solutions, while strengthening IPM’s delivery of service, increasing their local support, and ensuring quality service.

The Aust Group represented Integrated Pest Management as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 31st, 2022, and the terms of this transaction were not disclosed. Hanse Anderson LLP acted as legal advisor to IPM.
