Beaverton, Oregon – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Pest Solutions to Terminix (TMX).

Eric Ufer founded Pest Solutions in 2011 after seeing the need for quality and dependable pest control services firsthand as a rental property owner. Pest Solutions was formed with the mission of solving pest problems while utilizing technology and integrated pest management methodologies. Eric and his team adopted the slogan, “Green As Can Be” to emphasize their eco-friendly approach to pest management. After a decade in the industry, Eric built Pest Solutions into one of the leading commercial pest control operations in the greater Portland, Oregon area with several landmark accounts including many municipalities and cities. Eric and his staff are excited to join the Terminix team and be part of the growth opportunity in the Pacific Northwest.

Clarkston, Washington – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Valence Pest Control dba Sun Pest Management to Senske Services.

Sun Pest Management, a general pest control company based out of Clarkston, WA, was formed in 1969 by Marvin Jackson. In 2005, Jackson sold the business to Russ and Jenny Craber. Sun Pest Management currently operates in Southeastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Northeastern Oregon. Sun Pest Management also offers weed control and lawn care to both residential and commercial clients.

Orange, Connecticut – The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Connecticut Pest Elimination Inc. known as CT Pest Elimination to Orkin.

Michael and Mary Ann Lipsett formed CT Pest Elimination Inc. in 1990 and scaled their business to become the largest privately held pest control operation in Connecticut. The owner, Michael has been involved in several industry organizations with board seats on both Connecticut Pest Management Association (CPMA) and Connecticut Coalition Against Bed Bugs (CCABB).

CT Pest Elimination employs 60 employees and averages 40 vehicles on the road daily. They are members of National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and Connecticut Pest Management Association. CT Pest Elimination looks forward to growing their operation into new markets through their partnership with Orkin.
