Nick is an M&A Associate with The Aust Group. Nick was drawn to the field of mergers and acquisitions while attending Furman University, where he graduated with his B.A in business administration and finance. After his time at Furman, Nick worked in residential and commercial pest control sales at Bug Doctor Inc. and then Anticimex, where he gained first-hand experience of the pest control industry, including the financial aspects of the business.

Nick’s passion for the pest control industry and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling significantly enhance his ability to analyze financial trends and projections, prepare valuations, and support the due diligence activities for The Aust Group. With his extensive skillset and experience, Nick creates value for sellers and lightens their workload by allowing them to focus on their core business. Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling overseas with his family, and photography.
